Conferents – an original name for an original company. Founded in 2002 and inspired by the professional experience of the two directors, this unique agency provides personnel, actors and musicians for any event. Shirley Moon and Damon Robb have worked in the events and entertainments industry all their lives. They are therefore perfectly placed to select exactly the right people for the required role.

In 2003 Conferents acquired ‘Ideal Personnel’, a highly regarded agency of over twenty years standing. Shirley enjoyed a long association with ‘Ideal’ working with Jenny Buckley-Sharpe, the original founder, and alongside some of the people who are still working for the company today. “What attracted me to Ideal in the first instance were the principles and values on which it was based. It had warmth, charm and character – qualities that are at the heart of Conferents.”
